Even though they stood in the pouring rain, about 2000 or more citizens showed at the Capitol steps in Harrisburg to protest government spending and related issues as part of the 2009 Tax Day Tea Party. Moms with kids in strollers, blue collar workers, vets, retirees....it seems a wide spectrum of Pennsylvanians were on hand.
