Resolved Question: Best food in Harrisburg/Hershey pa?

Ok before you start naming off 5 star restaurants, that's not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for the best food! Every city has the one thing that it's known for, please don't say chocolate. As an example, Pittsburgh has the primantis sandwich, Philly has the cheesesteak and so on.
